Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and use of common hand tools.
• Ability to learn manufacturing software/systems.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Willingness to rotate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through nine departments to gain cross-functional experience and learn workflows.
• Support/Logistics: understand material flow and inventory processes.
• Quality: inspec­tion methods and measurement practices.
• Honing: operate honing processes and equipment.
• Assembly: assemble hydraulic components per standards.
• Testing: perform tests to verify performance.
• Quality: audits and process controls.
• Quality: warranty processes and root-cause analysis.
• Manufacturing Engineering: learn process development and optimization.
• Lean Manufacturing: apply Lean to improve safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.
