Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Deburring Operator in a full-time role onsite in Wisconsin. You will set up and adjust specialized tooling and equipment to ready Deburring and Tapping machines for production, while supporting process improvements and quality standards.

You will train others as needed, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth production flow with attention to safety and efficiency. High school diploma required with 1+ years in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in high-volume manufacturing preferred
• Set up assigned Deburring/Tapping machines to company specs
• Read and understand blueprints and process instructions
• Produce quality product to required specifications
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely
• Operate hand tools and equipment with minimal supervision
• Assist in training new operators when needed
• Demonstrate dependability and good attendance

Responsibilities

• Perform set up to ready Deburring/Tapping machines for production
• Install, adjust, change, and align tooling for operations
• Analyze machine/process problems and determine solutions
• Support process changes per quality program
• Monitor processes and suggest productivity/quality improvements
• Ensure materials are available at machines and quality is maintained
• Conduct inspections and approve start of jobs; quality checks during production
• Assist and train operators in techniques and documentation
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas; assist in equipment maintenance
• Instruct and assist others in setup/operation and documentation
• Plan ahead to ensure smooth transitions to next jobs
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately
• May train new employees in absence of lead/supervisor
