Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and use gauges.
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds; work in a plant environment.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Operate according to operator instructions to perform CNC tasks.
• Check products and components with indicators and gauges.
• Determine good or NG product.
• Assist in tool changes and simple part fixtures.
• Visually inspect for defects and maintain clean work area (5S).
• Follow work instructions to ensure TS16949/ISO14000 conformance.
• Be aware of hazardous conditions; adhere to safety rules.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement programs.
