Job summary

Rosen's Diversified, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles at our MN facility.

You will partner with plant leadership to assess hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing recruiting experience, proficiency with iCIMS, and strong communication across English, Spanish, or

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole communication; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing positions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Source, screen, interview, extend offers, and onboard candidates.
• Track KPIs and maintain recruiting reports to improve processes.
• Coordinate job fairs and engage with colleges, agencies and partners.
