About The Opportunity

The Hourly Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience for hourly positions across multiple plants in a manufacturing setting. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process. Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Source candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred. Other duties as assigned.
