Job summary

Crown Technical Systems in Dallas, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, and operations roles. You will source, screen, and hire across levels while partnering with HR leaders to execute effective recruiting strategies.

The role emphasizes a diverse, high-touch candidate experience, compliance with OFCCP/EEOC, and promoting Crown’s culture at events and in daily recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field with 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, and highly technical roles at multiple levels.
• Experience in power/critical power, data centers, electrical/mechanical engineering environments is a plus.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in design, engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, or related.
• Partner with HR teams and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and source qualified candidates.
• Provide high-touch, white-glove service to candidates and stakeholders.
• Develop robust search strategies with diversity and inclusion in mind.
• Promote Crown Technical Systems culture to candidates as a Flex ambassador.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and internal policies.
