Lippert is seeking an Assembly Laborer in the United States to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The role centers on assembling components to product specifications and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Ideal candidates bring up to 2 years of manufacturing experience, ability to use hand tools, and a bilingual English/Spanish capability. The position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities for overtime and career development within Lippert’s growing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by checking connections for fit and fastening parts.
• Resolves assembly problems by adjusting dimensions and informing supervisor for resources.
• Keeps equipment operational by performing preventive maintenance.
• Maintains supplies inventory and places orders as needed.
• Communicates with supervisor about potential issues daily.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and ensures safety procedures.
• Contributes to team by delivering quality and timely results.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor and management.
