Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of manufacturing talent acquisition management experience.
• Experience leading recruitment for hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades, etc.).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies and processes.
• Proven leadership background, overseeing others.
• HRIS system experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
