Aspiring Talent Acquisition Manager in Dayton, OH will lead recruiting for hourly and salary roles in a manufacturing environment, modernize processes, and coach hiring managers on interviewing practices. You’ll report to HR leadership and supervise one staff recruiter, working a standard weekday schedule in a private office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing talent acquisition management.
• Experience leading recruitment for hourly and salary staff.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, trades).
• Proven leadership background and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead salary and hourly recruitment strategy to fill roles quickly.
• Develop internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Lead college and community job fair programs.
• Manage open requisitions and report status to management.
• Oversee recruitment budget and external partnerships.
• Develop standardized interview and onboarding processes.
