Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter for a hybrid role in Mentor, OH or Conroe, TX on a temp-to-hire basis. The position offers an hourly rate of $50–$55/hour and focuses on building recruiting pipelines for high-volume hourly roles, partnering with HR and plant leadership.

Responsibilities include owning full lifecycle recruitment, collaborating with HR and operations, sourcing via multiple channels, and maintaining candidate relationships for future openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades and manufacturing roles.
• Heavy-volume recruitment and multiple requisitions management.
• Strong sourcing across online and offline channels.
• Experience with behavioral interviewing and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruitment for high-volume hourly and non-exempt roles.
• Partner with HRBP, plant leaders and supervisors to build recruiting strategies.
• Create innovative sourcing using job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Maintain candidate relationships for current and future openings.
• Act as brand ambassador and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate career fairs and hiring events to expand talent reach.
• Collaborate with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and hiring plans.
