Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in program/project management with cross‑functional enterprise systems implementations.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Domain knowledge in WFM, HRIS, LMS, EHS, time/attendance, ERP, or related enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end programs from assessment to deployment and post‑launch stabilization across multiple manufacturing systems.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders and vendors to align priorities, requirements, and plans.
• Map current workflows, identify gaps, define future processes, and drive adoption for operational improvements.
• Manage system integrations and data flows for training, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, time/attendance, safety, and reporting.
• Own program governance: scope, schedules, resources, risks, and status reporting to leadership.
• Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, training, deployment readiness, and post‑launch support.
