Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead factory design initiatives in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment in the United States. You will coordinate across industrial, manufacturing, facilities, and construction teams to ensure timely execution from concept to handoff, with emphasis on design reviews, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
5+ years of technical project or program management experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
Experience with factory layouts, equipment integration, and material flow.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders on complex projects.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Leading factory design programs from concept through handoff.
Developing integrated project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
Coordinating with IE, Manufacturing, Facilities, Construction, Operations, and EHS teams.
Managing change requests using MaintainX, Quickbase, or similar platforms.
Driving factory layout governance, equipment reviews, and revision management.
Identifying risks and schedule constraints, maintaining dashboards and status reports.
Coordinating engineering deliverables with construction schedules and readiness plans.
Supporting continuous improvement of PM, design review, and documentation processes.
