ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Industrial Engineering (Factory Design) in the United States to lead end-to-end factory design programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience within manufacturing, industrial engineering, factory design, construction, or related environments.
• Experience with factory layouts, equipment integration, material flow, infrastructure planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with MaintainX, Quickbase, or similar change management and workflow tracking systems.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, milestone management, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory design programs from concept through engineering reviews, construction readiness, implementation, and handoff.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Construction, Operations, and EHS teams to define project scope and execution plans.
• Manage the full change request lifecycle through systems such as MaintainX, Quickbase, or similar platforms.
• Drive factory layout governance activities, including equipment placement reviews, space allocation planning, design approvals, and revision management.
• Identify and proactively manage design changes, execution risks, infrastructure constraints, and schedule dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and ensure stakeholder alignment to maintain project timelines and commitments.
• Maintain project dashboards, milestone trackers, action logs, decision registers, and status reports for visibility.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables with construction schedules, equipment installations, commissioning activities, and operational readiness plans.
• Support continuous improvement of project management, design review, approval, and documentation processes.
