Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting or developing Manufacturing Execution Systems, Industrial Control Systems, or related software solutions.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments, including production workflows, equipment connectivity, and shop-floor data collection.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including data queries, troubleshooting, and manufacturing data analysis.
• Experience developing software in C++ or comparable languages used to support manufacturing operations.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs and enterprise platforms such as MES, ERP, PLM, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support MES/MCS applications, workflows, forms, dashboards, and system enhancements.
• Build and maintain electronic work instructions, production data collection points, traceability, and user-facing tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between MES, ERP, PLM, and manufacturing equipment.
• Support machine connectivity and real-time data acquisition via OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, REST APIs.
• Create and maintain applications, services, APIs, databases, and reporting for manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot MES-related incidents and ensure system stability for critical processes.
• Support Industry 4.0, Smart Factory initiatives and digitalization efforts.
