Brio Energy is seeking an Operations Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance digital systems across manufacturing operations. This role includes maintaining work instructions, ensuring system performance, and providing technical training to staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields and experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a production environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update digital work instructions within the MES system.
• Ensure work instructions accurately reflect production processes.
• Provide coaching and skill development to welders.
