Job summary

Hexcel seeks a Manufacturing Systems Analyst for its Casa Grande, AZ site. You will support, optimize, and improve ERP and manufacturing systems across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT. The candidate should have a BS/BA, at least one year of experience, and experience with MS Dynamics AX, MES systems, Power BI, Excel, and VBA. U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a four-year college or university preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience required.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and apply ERP standards for costing, planning and execution of manufacturing operations.
• Develop BOMs, routings and configurations to meet customer expectations.
• Provide technical support for ERP and supporting systems across departments.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop system enhancements to reduce manual work and improve data integrity.
