Hexcel seeks a Manufacturing Systems Analyst for its Casa Grande, AZ site. You will support, optimize, and improve ERP and manufacturing systems across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT. The role focuses on BOMs, routings, data integrity, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.
The candidate should have a BS/BA, at least one year of experience, and experience with MS Dynamics AX, MES systems, Power BI, Excel, and VBA. U.S.

A successful manufacturing systems analyst will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and improving the systems and technology used in a manufacturing environment. The role will serve as a bridge between manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
Qualifications: B.S. or B.A. from a four-year college or university preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience required.
Experience with and knowledge of the following items is strongly preferred:
Must be a team player, flexible, and adaptable with good written and oral communication skills.
Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
