Title: Manufacturing Systems Administrators Department: Finance Reports To: Controller
About the Role: We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented ERP Systems Administrator to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our company’s ERP platform within a manufacturing environment.
This role will serve as the primary internal resource for ERP administration, system optimization, user support, and process improvement. The ERP Systems Administrator will work closely with operations, finance, purchasing, quality, and leadership teams to ensure the ERP system effectively supports business operations and organizational growth.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in implementing the company’s first ERP system and help establish scalable processes that improve efficiency, visibility, and operational performance across the organization.
The ideal candidate understands the manufacturing workflows and processes and enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and helping teams adopt systems that make work more efficient and accurate.
You are a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills and a high attention to detail, with a solid understanding of ERP systems, and operational workflows. Experience in a manufacturing environment or familiarity with manufacturing processes is highly beneficial.
You take ownership of data accuracy and are confident leading system implementation efforts, driving accountability across teams, and ensuring consistency in system use.
You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of accuracy, compliance, safety, and organization, and you are motivated to improve systems and processes that directly support operational
