• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems, processes, or operations.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL Server 2012 or newer.
• Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to develop or modify code to support business or manufacturing requirements.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions and make recommendations to leadership.
• Strong communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
