Kapco Inc. in Grafton, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist on 1st or 2nd shift to help maintain production flow by delivering materials, packaging, and supplies to work centers, and by moving finished goods as needed.

You will assist production operators, maintain accurate identification and organization of materials, and support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in a fast-paced facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides direct support to production operations to help maintain continuous workflow and minimize downtime
• Responsible for delivering materials, packaging, and supplies, to production work centers while ensuring finished goods, and other materials are removed in a timely manner
• Assembles and prepares packaging materials to meet production and shipping requirements and transports materials and products throughout the facility using powered walk-behind lift trucks and other approved material handling equipment
• Continuous monitoring of production areas to anticipate material and packaging needs before shortages impact operations
• Assist production operators with routine tasks that support operation efficiency and is responsible for maintaining accurate identification and organization of materials, parts and packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to established housekeeping standards and following all company safety, quality, and operations procedures
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisors or management as needed to support business and production objectives
