Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an experienced leader to manage technical resources across RCCB Production Centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI). You will drive equipment reliability, optimize line performance, and lead root-cause analyses to improve operations.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree with extensive leadership experience (or GED with extensive experience). A Master’s degree is preferred. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 13+ years of specific experience and 8+ years of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering onsite and remote support for facilities with downtime and automation issues.
• Partner with plant leadership and maintenance teams to improve reliability and line performance.
• Evaluate equipment and line performance to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate root cause analysis using methodologies like Breakdowns, 5-Why, and Fishbone.
• Support and troubleshoot plant automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and networks.
• Other duties as assigned
