Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an Engineering Automation Manager to lead the development and execution of automation roadmaps across manufacturing lines. You will oversee projects from concept through commissioning, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years related experience and 4+ years leadership
• High School Diploma/ GED with 9+ years specific experience and 6+ years leadership
• Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation roadmaps including IIoT, robotics, and SCADA systems.
• Oversee project lifecycles from concept to commissioning, managing budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and support PLCs, robotics, and control systems to reduce downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement to enhance process robustness and safety.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering personnel.
• Ensure all automation systems meet food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
