Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a senior leader to drive digital manufacturing initiatives across RCCB production centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI). You will lead the LMS roadmap, support LIS, and map fault codes into historians to improve data accuracy and troubleshooting.

You will oversee a team delivering OT network support and strategic plant projects, enabling data-driven decisions. The role requires extensive experience in digital systems, equipment reliability, and leadership to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• GED with 13+ years of specific experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational visibility.
• Develop and own RCCB’s LMS roadmap, including support of LIS and future LMS platforms.
• Drive and maintain equipment fault code mapping into a historian to improve data accuracy and root cause analysis.
• Support plant and OE teams to develop and implement digital tools to standardize equipment settings and optimize line performance.
• Create and maintain data visualization dashboards to support operational decision‑making and performance tracking.
• Lead a team that provides advanced technical equipment and OT network support for manufacturing plants, both on-site and remotely.
• Lead and execute strategic projects designed to improve plant performance, reliability, and sustainability.
• Direct and support teams in troubleshooting and resolving short‑term plant and equipment issues.
• Lead structured problem‑solving efforts to quickly restore operations during unplanned downtime events.
• Act as a technical escalation point during critical production disruptions.
• Other duties as assigned

• Position Responsibilities:

• Digital Manufacturing & Data Systems
