Job summary

Interstates seeks a Supply Chain Manager - Manufacturing to lead strategy for a manufacturing offer category and build a high-performing team. You will influence supplier performance, inventory planning, forecasting, sourcing, cost management, and project execution, directly impacting material availability and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, developing people, strengthening supplier partnerships, and solving complex supply chain challenges across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with inventory management, including inventory levels, availability, and material flow.
• Experience with MRP-based processes and systems.
• Experience with forecasting and translating demand into supply and material requirements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the assigned Supply Chain Offer Category Team.
• Partner with category leaders, project managers, estimators, and field leaders to optimize performance.
• Support inventory optimization, material availability, and efficient material flow.
• Use forecasts and MRP to translate demand into supply and material requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, spend, pricing, delivery, and quality.
• Oversee the offer category budget with input from the Director of Supply Chain.
• Identify suppliers aligned with Interstates' values and needs.
