Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing to lead strategy for a manufacturing offer category and build a strong, capable team. You will influence supplier performance, inventory planning, forecasting, sourcing, cost management, and project execution to impact material availability and client satisfaction.

You will develop people, strengthen supplier partnerships, and turn challenges into practical solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement and ethical supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years related experience.
• Experience with inventory management and material flow.
• Experience with MRP processes and systems.
• Forecasting and translating demand to supply.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Offer Category Team.
• Partner with project managers, estimators, field leaders, and internal teams.
• Support inventory optimization and material flow.
• Use forecasting and MRP to translate demand into supply and material requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and costs.
• Oversee budgets and supplier relationships.
• Travel to supplier sites and conferences as needed.
