Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with inventory management, including inventory levels, availability, and material flow.
• Experience with MRP-material requirements planning processes and systems.
• Experience with forecasting and translating demand into supply and material requirements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% with additional travel as needed.

• Lead supply chain strategy for a manufacturing offer category and develop a capable team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to help team members achieve goals.
• Coordinate onboarding for new team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Establish expectations and promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with category leaders, project managers, estimators, and field leaders to optimize supply chain.
• Support inventory optimization, material availability, and efficient material flow.
• Use forecasting and MRP to translate demand into supply and material requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, spend, pricing, delivery, and quality.
• Direct spend to supplier partners to improve value and business results.
• Assist with contract negotiations and oversee the offer category budget.
