Job summary

Mirion Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring schedules, quality, safety, and objectives are met. You will oversee workflow, scheduling, documentation, inventory, maintenance, and continuous improvement in partnership with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Management teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory control, or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly manufacturing activities to meet delivery commitments and targets.
• Monitor schedules and workflow for efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate production status and schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput.
