Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct production resources to maximize quality and yield.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and train team members for safe and efficient operation.
• Manage inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide budgetary input for capital expenditure and cost control.
