Dynamet Incorporated, based in Washington, PA, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets on the shop floor. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on manufacturing experience, with MS Office proficiency and the ability to coordinate with Sales, MRP and other departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in metal manufacturing/operational environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage projects and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide production employees with guidance, direction and supervision across Safety, Quality, Delivery, People and Cost.
• Address performance issues promptly and promote company policies and safety plans.
• Plan and schedule operations within assigned areas and develop production plans and reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, MRP and Manufacturing to achieve goals and objectives.
• Maintain organized, productive work areas and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
