Job summary

Dynamet Incorporated, based in Washington, PA, is seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead all engineering activities, drive facility expansion and the introduction of new processes and equipment.

You will ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance, manage cross‑functional teams, coach staff, and align projects with company objectives while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Preference for five or more years managerial experience in a related technical discipline or manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of engineering principles, standards, methods, and practices.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs all aspects of engineering activities.
• Facility expansion and capacity additions.
• New process/technology/equipment procurement and implementation.
• Support of ongoing operations.
• Health, safety, and environmental regulatory compliance.
• Ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established project management methodology, policies and objectives.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
