Job summary

Graphic Packaging International, a leading paperboard packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Production lead to plan, direct and monitor production activities across lines to meet specifications, schedules, volume, cost and quality targets.

You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate with Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales, manage line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions, and ensure Safe Quality Food (SQF) compliance.

Qualifications

• BA degree or related work experience is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise production staff to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Plan, direct, and monitor production activities across lines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules.
