Job summary

Graphic Packaging International in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Production leader to direct multiple production activities including assembly, forming, processing, and packaging, ensuring schedules, cost targets, and quality standards are met.

You will liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules, allocate resources, and minimize downtime while maintaining safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership experience managing two or more direct reports.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily production activities to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Coordinate resources and set daily priorities for the team.
