Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Manufacturing Production specialist to plan, direct, and monitor production activities to meet specifications, schedules, and quality targets. You will liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate labor and capital resources.

You will manage maintenance, mentor teams, and contribute to safe, efficient operations while upholding SQF procedures.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent plus 4 yrs related experience.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and safety standards.
• Ability to follow Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others; mobilize resources.
• Leads two or more direct reports and manages operational results.
• Hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
• Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.
