Shift: 1st Shift (Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating day‑to‑day manufacturing operations within a high‑volume, fast‑paced production environment. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production of products that meet customer, quality, and delivery requirements while supporting broader operational and business objectives.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). To comply, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR.
