You will coordinate with multiple sub-departments, implement lean initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and optimizing performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-5 years in Manufacturing or Production environment.
• Previous Supervisory or Leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Understanding of Quality Control Procedures.
• Familiarity with Safety Standards and Regulations (OSHA, etc.).
• Project Management experience in production settings.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Performance Metrics and Reporting (KPIs).
• Technical skills with manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Team Building and Training experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise production workers from Leads to general labor.
• Manage sub-department production schedules and targets.
• Coordinate with sub-departments for smooth workflow.
• Enforce quality control standards and inspect products.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and drive lean improvements and cost reductions.
• Maintain production records, inventory levels, and reports.
• Allocate materials, machinery, and workforce to maximize efficiency.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development for staff.
• Maintain equipment uptime and coordinate maintenance.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment.
