Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production operations, oversee a team of production workers, and drive efficiency while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with sub-departments, and implement lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste. A strong background in manufacturing leadership and continuous improvement is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing or production environments.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a production team from Leads to general labor.
• Manage sub-department production schedules and targets.
• Ensure quality control standards and timely issue resolution.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cost reductions and efficiency initiatives.
