You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements, ensuring compliant, efficient operations across the shift.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, KPIs, labor planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Ensure adherence to operational and quality standards to maintain compliant production.
• Manage staffing, output, on-time delivery, and standard compliance within the assigned area or shift.
• Resolve moderately complex production and personnel issues to maintain operational performance.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, Program Management, and maintenance to resolve operational challenges.
• Communicate production performance, issues, and improvement plans to management and cross-functional teams.
• Directly manage production employees to ensure performance, coaching, and accountability.
• Manage labor utilization, overtime, scrap, and rework to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace by ensuring compliance with EHS&S policies.
