Job summary

Eos Energy Storage in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production deliverables and ensure safety and quality across the line. The role involves coordinating a manufacturing team, driving performance, and communicating with management on production, quality, and environmental or safety issues.

You will mentor staff, optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement with engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree or 2-year trade school preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shop equipment, tools and safety is essential.
• Experience with Kaizen, SPC, TPM, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC or Six-Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing team members, including scheduling, performance reviews, corrective actions, and training.
• Mentor and motivate team members to increase engagement.
• Ensure productivity and quality metrics are met for individuals and groups.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and promote safety.
• Manage planning, scheduling and material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Act as communications hub, disseminating timely information to the team.
• Monitor production flow and use data indicators to schedule workload.
