Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to direct the QC Technician team, schedule daily work, and ensure milestones with a strong emphasis on safety and product quality.

You will report quality, environmental and safety issues to management, supervise performance and training, and lead continuous improvement projects with manufacturing engineers. The role includes hands-on QC duties as needed and requires reading measuring devices, blueprints, and test procedures while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing with focus in Quality.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate's/trade-school or Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC Technician team members, including scheduling, performance reviews, corrective action, training, timecard approvals.
• Mentor and motivate team members to meet productivity and quality metrics.
• Act as communications hub for the team, disseminating pertinent information.
• Maintain and boost team efficiency and implement continuous improvement projects with manufacturing/quality engineers.
• Own quality output for the team as a key stakeholder in Eos’s quality program.
• Develop and demonstrate knowledge of established quality policy, procedures, and instructions.
