Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor at our Saint Joseph, Missouri plant to oversee production operations, ensure safety standards, and drive performance. You will report to the Plant Manager and lead a team of production staff, coordinating daily activities and shifts, including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 3+ years of prior supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work any assigned shift and required overtime.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations to meet output goals, safety standards, and employee engagement.
