Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor at our St. Joseph plant to lead daily production activities and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will report to the Plant Manager, manage staffing, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in a busy on-site environment.

You will train production personnel, coach teams, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining strong employee relations and compliance with union policies where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work shifts and overtime.
• Strong leadership with a focus on safety and employee relations.
• Experience in manufacturing operations.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations.
• Supervisory or management experience (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of union agreements and disciplinary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities to ensure goals are met.
• Oversee staffing levels to meet production requirements.
• Train production personnel to perform assignments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Coach and coach employee relations through policy application.
• Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure reliable operations.
• Investigate material variances, report findings, and drive improvements.
