Job summary

Clarios is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to transform manufacturing results by applying lean principles across multiple sites. You will act as facilitator, educator, and accountability partner for staff in Operations, Engineering, and Functional Groups.

You will develop roadmaps, lead CI tool education, and ensure annual savings targets are met. Monthly reviews and KPI baselines will be established to share best practices regionally, enabling sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years as a leader in a mature lean organization.
• At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop & drive Operational Excellence strategy roadmaps to ensure execution.
• Conduct training and education regarding CI tools and methodologies.
• Accountable for the execution and savings annual target for the fiscal year of the plants under responsibility.
• Conduct monthly OEX reviews across the facilities you support.
• Establish KPI baselines and share best practices across the region.
