Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Chandler, Arizona to oversee production area activities and coordinate schedules to meet quality, cost, and regulatory objectives.

You will train, coach, and support a team of 25+ non-exempt employees, ensuring EHS compliance and accurate reporting to leadership. Bachelor’s degree is required with 2+ years of manufacturing experience, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of post-graduate manufacturing experience or 8+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Prior leadership experience leading hourly teams is required.
• Basic computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production area activities to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement production schedules to meet goals and regulatory requirements.
• Train, coach, and support team members to ensure performance expectations and compliance.
• Prepare and communicate production updates and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure EHS policies and EHSMS requirements are understood and followed.
• Lead 25+ non-exempt employees and manage performance and actions as needed.
