Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (Assembly & Welding) to lead daily operations at Plant 1 in Brillion, WI. You will ensure safe, efficient production and meet customer expectations and company goals.

You will coach and develop team members, coordinate staffing and scheduling, and drive continuous improvement through lean initiatives to enhance quality and reduce lead times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools (6S, Kaizen) and continuous improvement.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with people, projects and issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the production floor, including scheduling and staffing.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members with performance evaluations.
• Coordinate activities to meet schedules and improve equipment effectiveness and lead time.
• Participate in lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
