Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI is seeking a motivated 1st shift Material Handler to join our team. This role focuses on handling materials for outdoor power equipment, not a forklift operator position, with a starting pay of $20/hour and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Work runs Monday through Thursday, 4 days of 10 hours each, 4:45 AM to 2:45 PM, with team collaboration, standard work adherence, and opportunities for advancement within our safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
