Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated Process Technician to support fabrication equipment, machining centers and operations personnel, focusing on maximizing equipment availability and functionality.

Day-to-day duties include safe operation of machining and tooling, TPM/PM activities, machine troubleshooting, and set-ups. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4 days x 10 hours from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with pay starting at $22/hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

  • A technical degree is preferred but not required.
  • Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively.

  • Safe operation of machining and tooling.
  • Live and promote AriensCo values and principles.
  • Maximize fabrication equipment and machining center availability and effectiveness.
  • Monitor status and drive TPM/PM activities for equipment and tooling.

  • Train and develop others as necessary.
