Job summary

AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN is hiring a Welder for the 2nd shift. You will weld various materials using manual or robotic welders, following work instructions. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, with occasional Fridays, in a collaborative team environment.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium. Candidates must have professional welding experience, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to obtain internal welding certification.

Qualifications

• Professional welding experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
• Pass internal welding certification.
• Working knowledge of blueprints and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Weld multiple material types (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) per instructions.
• Remove and install rolls of weld wire and adjust equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and weld symbols to print specs.
• Use proper welding technique and adjust equipment as needed.
• Prepare parts for welding and repair defective welds.
• Clean welded parts per print specs and follow procedures.
• Assist team members to meet production goals.
