AriensCo in Brillion, Wisconsin, is seeking a motivated 1st shift Machine Operator to safely operate machinery and tools, read blueprints, and help meet daily production goals in a four-day, 10-hour workweek. You will verify parts with gauges and complete required production paperwork as part of a strong team.

The position offers a starting wage of $20 per hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Working knowledge of blue print reading and interpretation.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machine and tools.
• Verify parts are made to print with gauges and devices.
• Complete required paperwork and production control charts.
• Interpret blue prints to produce parts to specification.
• Support TPM tasks and standard work.
• Operate machine according to standard procedures.
• Assist teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Problem solve effectively when issues arise.
