Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of TD SYNNEX Corporation, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production department in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee ISO-compliant manufacturing, manage schedules, and mentor a team to deliver quality results.

Candidates should have strong communication, teamwork, and MS Office skills, with four years or more in manufacturing or semiconductor. This on-site role offers growth in a high-growth tech setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversees ISO-compliant, cost-effective manufacture of products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for the area.
• Works on problems of moderate scope.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and peer groups.
• Provides supervision to professional contributors and non-exempt staff.
