Job summary

Bradford White Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor I to oversee 30-50 UAW hourly employees in a structured manufacturing environment. You will lead teams to meet production targets, drive quality improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and union guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience in Six Sigma/Lean processes is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a union environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, medium mix assembly is preferred.
• 2 or 4-year degree is preferred.
